Critica Limited is focused on resource exploration in Western Australia. In addition to its primary project – Jupiter and the Brothers Project, the company holds exploration licences in several regions, projects include Mt Lindsay and Livingstone Projects in Tasmania and joint ventures on the Kulin project in Western Australia.

Kulin Project

Nickel-Copper-PGE and Gold, Western Australia

Critica has entered into a Farm-in agreement with Ausgold Limited over the company’s Kulin Project which is situated 75km northeast from Ausgold’s Katanning Gold Mine in Western Australia.

Under the terms of the Agreement, Ausgold has the right to earn up to an 70% interest in E70/5077 over three and a half years by expending:

  • Stage 1: $250,000 within 18 months to earn 51%; and
  • Stage 2: Further $360,000 over the following 24 months to earn an additional 19% Upon completion of the earn-in, Critica will retain a 30% contributing interest, with the right to convert to a 1.5% net smelter royalty (NSR) at a decision to mine.

Mount Lindsay Project

Strategic Tin & Tungsten Optionality

Critica owns 100% of the Mount Lindsay Project in north-western Tasmania — one of the world’s largest undeveloped tin-tungsten resources, hosting over 80,000 tonnes of tin metal and 3.2 million mtu of tungsten. The project is underpinned by a completed Bankable Feasibility Study.

Strategically located between the world-class Renison Bell Tin Mine and the long-life Savage River magnetite operation, Mount Lindsay benefits from excellent access to infrastructure including renewable hydropower, water, sealed roads, rail, and established port facilities.

Tin and tungsten are globally recognised as critical minerals. With Chinese export restrictions and supply disruptions supporting strong upward pricing trends, Mount Lindsay provides Critica with strategic optionality — a globally relevant, development-ready project that complements our flagship Jupiter rare earths project.

Livingstone DSO Hematite Project

North West Tasmania

Located only 3.5km from the Mount Lindsay Tin-Tungsten Deposit, is the 100% owned Livingstone DSO Hematite Deposit. Livingstone consists of an outcropping hematite cap overlaying a magnetite-rich skarn. The hematite occurs from the surface, is consistent in grade and is located only 2km from a sealed road, which accesses existing port facilities. A resource statement of 2.2mt @ 58% Fe was defined at Livingstone in 2011 and was followed by a positive scoping study. Additional work later in 2011 included blending and sizing test work and preliminary mining studies, all of which delivered positive results.
