From Mine to Magnet

Critica Limited (ASX: CRI) is advancing the Jupiter Project in Western Australia – Australia’s largest clay-hosted rare earths resource and the nation’s leading magnet-REE inventory (Nd, Pr, Dy, Tb) as reported under the JORC Code (2012).

We are progressing from explorer to developer with a clear mine-to-magnet pathway:

  • Scale beneficiation and leach testwork to pilot level
  • Define MREP (MREC/MREO) product specifications
  • Advance regulatory approvals and technical studies
  • Engage Western-aligned customers and offtake partners

Jupiter is magnet-REE dominant (Nd, Pr, Dy, Tb) – the metals that enable EVs, renewables, advanced datacentres, AI, renewable energy and defence technologies..

Testwork programs have consistently achieved ~95% mass rejection and an eight-fold grade uplift, producing a magnet-REE-rich intermediately concentrate that points to a simple and capital-efficient flowsheet. With very low uranium and thorium levels and a compact processing footprint, Jupiter demonstrates a strong environmental and sustainability profile.
