Mt Lindsay is located in north-west Tasmania and is one of Australia’s largest undeveloped tin-tungsten deposits.

The project hosts approximately 81,000 tonnes of contained tin and 32,000 tonnes of contained tungsten across two mineralised skarn systems.

Located in a Tier-1 mining jurisdiction, Mt Lindsay provides exposure to critical minerals essential to defence, semiconductors and advanced manufacturing.

Strategic Location

Mt Lindsay sits in north-western Tasmania a world-class tin-tungsten province with more than $12 billion in historical production. The project is strategically positioned between the operating Renison Bell Tin Mine and the Savage River magnetite operation, with direct access to renewable hydropower, sealed roads, rail and port facilities at the Port of Burnie.

Strong government engagement is in place, including recent meetings with Mineral Resources Tasmania and positive Ministerial support for the project’s development pathway.

Why Mt Lindsay?

  • World-Scale Resource: Approximately 81,000 tonnes of contained tin and 32,000 tonnes of contained tungsten, making Mt Lindsay one of Australia’s largest undeveloped tin-tungsten deposits.
  • Strategic Commodity Exposure: Direct exposure to tin and tungsten, critical minerals essential to semiconductors, defence systems and advanced manufacturing.
  • Advanced Project Tenure: Mt Lindsay benefits from an existing Mining Licence, reflecting significant historical technical, environmental and development work completed on the project.
  • Extensively Advanced Project: More than 83,000 metres of diamond drilling and substantial technical studies completed across two mineralised skarn systems.
  • Infrastructure Advantage: Access to renewable hydropower, sealed roads, rail infrastructure and the Port of Burnie.
  • Tier-1 Jurisdiction: Located in north-west Tasmania, one of Australia’s premier mining regions with a long history of tin-tungsten production.
  • Responsible Development Approach: Development studies are evaluating a modern underground mining operation with a focus on operational efficiency, environmental stewardship and minimising surface disturbance.

Project Advancement

Critica is progressing development studies to evaluate Mt Lindsay as a modern, low-impact underground mining operation.

Current workstreams include mine design, infrastructure optimisation, processing pathways and development planning to support future project advancement.
